Last week The Unknown Creative attended the CLOCS (Construction Logistics and Cycle Safety) annual progress event and exhibition at ExCeL, across the city from our London design agency. Having created the award-winning brand in 2014, and being regularly approached for work ever since, Creative Director John Dunne was present to see how the CLOCS identity has thrived within the Transport & Logistics industry, while standing for and setting an example in road and site safety.
The exhibition included more than 20 of the safest and cleanest freight vehicles – now fitted as standard with the latest CLOCS compliant technology – from companies including Volvo, Renault, Fleet Source, Scania, Iveco, and Mercedes-Benz. Joined by speakers from the likes of RoadPeace and LCC (London Cycling Campaign) were public servants from the length of the country, and the Programme Manager from Transport for London (the organisation who originally engaged The Unknown Creative for the CLOCS project).
There are now over 400 companies and organisations registered as CLOCS champions, while other UK cities and construction clients have taken note of its success, readying themselves to make the same commitment to make a positive difference that the CLOCS brand proudly, strikingly stands for.
